We work closely with parents to help children settle into pre-school well. We recognise how significant a change it can be for young children, so our compassionate staff offer all the cuddles and care that they need to settle in.
We also offer settling-in sessions for children and parents/carers to see the setting before starting with us.
Many of our parents/carers choose to send their children for a lower number of sessions at the start and then gradually increase this over time. We recommend a minimum of two sessions per week if possible to help children to settle in.

Uniforms are optional for children but can be ordered directly from Loopwear . Loopwear offers collection from their Ilkeston shop or home delivery for a fee. We have a limited amount of second-hand uniforms for sale – please ask staff if you are interested.
